SHIPPING POLICY
At SAL23, every order is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to detail.
PROCESSING TIMES
Personalized / In-Stock Items:
Please allow up to 1 week for processing and shipment.
Pre-Order Items:
Pre-order items may take up to 6 weeks, or the timeframe specifically indicated in the product description at the time of purchase.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
SHIPPING RATES
Personalized Tote Bags:
• Puerto Rico: USPS Flat Rate $6.50
• United States: USPS Flat Rate $9.00
Other Items:
• Puerto Rico: USPS Flat Rate $5.50
Please note that selecting an upgraded shipping option does not reduce processing time. It only affects carrier transit time after shipment.
TRACKING & DELIVERY
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
SAL23 uses third-party shipping carriers, including USPS. Once a package has been accepted by USPS, SAL23 is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery issues, lost packages, stolen packages, or USPS routing errors.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and contacting USPS directly regarding delivery-related claims.
Please note that USPS has recently experienced delays and routing issues, especially between Puerto Rico and the United States. While we are always happy to assist and guide customers, shipping transit times are ultimately determined by USPS once the package is in their possession.
ORDER CHANGES
To request changes to your order, please contact sal23corp@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Please note that once an order enters processing or preparation for shipment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
DUTIES & TAXES
All duties, taxes, shipping costs, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the customer, shipping costs are non-refundable and additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
By placing an order with SAL23, the customer agrees to all shipping timelines and policies stated above.
